When ever you deconstruct a pump that is currently pumping (I only know of the man pumps and not the minis as I haven't been able to build them yet) it will crash the game.
Steps to Reproduce
Build Liquid/Gas Pump and then deconstruct while it is in use.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
