Dead duplicants still shows up in Skill Scrubber

UPDATE!: After "burring" the dead duplicants the names disappear from the skill scrubber list.

There are more duplicants in the skill scrubber list than duplicant are alive on the vitals screen. I believe that the remaining are the duplicants that have died.

It is also possible to assign the skill scrubber to dead ppl. but then the "job" is never finished. I attached the savefile to the "steps to reproduce" part because the file limit is 4.88mb
