I have all dlcs disabled, yet data science appears in the research tree. I wasted 400 databank research points thinking perhaps it was a graphical glitch, but none of the buildings are available.
Steps to Reproduce
Play base game with dlc disabled, look at research screen.
There are no comments to display.
