If you set up a grooming station that already has a wild critter in it, your Rancher will groom the critter and give it the Groomed tag, reducing its Wildness. If you then Wrangle the creature, and release it in to exactly the same room as before, the critter loses the Groomed tage, and will have to have an additional grooming session to reduce wildness

Create Ranch with a wild critter - grooming station, critter drop off, critter feeder DO NOT WRANGLE CRITTER Observe Rancher grooming critter Issue Wrangle command Rancher wrangles critter Rancher drops off critter at drop off in same room Observe critter no longer has Groomed tag
