Critter "Productions" being unable to be selected, fixed by reload

When a critter, such as a puft, and i've so far seen it in wild pufts, when they fart out a slime or whatever it is, you can't select it

Steps to Reproduce
open up a game, find a living shine or puft, wait for it to excrete eggs or something else, then try to select the excretement
