I am on the Testing beta. The Critter feeder does not have option to for Pokeshell. If I move the Pokeshells to their dedicated stable then there is a no easy way to feed them.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a stable of Pokeshells with a Critter Feeder. 2. See that Critter Feeder does not have option to select Pokeshell.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
