Crash on startup after splash screen

Hi,

So I just in ONI and as described in the title, it crashes on startup after the Splash screen (The Klei logo).

I've tried reinstalling the game, and reinstalling Steam, run Steam as Admin and well as other fixes found online.

Please help.

Steps to Reproduce
Booted the game.
