Crash on Start

Fresh install on a new system. Windows 10.

Shows Klei logo splash then crashes.

No third party anti virus or firewall.

No output log generated - see a1aXw11.png

Cannot supply save game - for obvious reasons - unable to launch & no save game.

Steps to Reproduce
Install via Steam. Click Play.
Go to bugs

Hi I did and none of those apply.  I disabled OneDrive.

The new build that was released ( Build 4084377 ) compared to the build I was having issues with ( 4066631) launches correctly now.
