Copper and Bristle Berry vanished

Hi.
I was playing around cycle 200 250 and had 30+ tons of copper in my storages, and when i had to build few atmo suits i saw i lost ALL my copper ore.
It is impossible i used all of it but i had 0 left.
I tried to see if it was a building (with a bugged recipe or something like that) i built but i didn't find any answer.

Few cycles after that i had 2 Refrigerators full of "Bristle berry" and a lot laying on farm tiles, and same as the copper, all vanished without any reason.
I didn't have any critter around the farm and refrigerator. It was really fast (less than a cycle) to disapear because i was often checking food.

I hope someone who had this problem can tell more about it, because i tried but can't reproduce it :/
