Cooling loop heating with a few degrees per cycle?

Impossible to cool cooling-loop.

tried to cool metal area with petroleum as to hot for polluted water. but temperatur was still increasing, was unable to stop heating. looks like metal tiles want to hit steam room tempeture even with ceramic barrier.

tried with a running Thermo acuatuner but it could barley hold the temp at bay, turned it of and let the temperature rise above the steam rooms temperature. started at like a 160 degrees ,surrendered the game at 240 of magic temperature (still rising). I don't have any mods that i can see that does this.

i turned off cooling, hoping it was doing crazy stuff, but i just lost all hope as this NUCLEAR THERMAL RUN OFF is just keep increasing.
And then you have the lovely old bug with the "Conveyer rail thermo sensors" that makes all my metal coolers impossible to run unless i restart them every know and then, usually around when i load the game.

Personally never had any real issues with any bugs before in my 1k hours of runs but the game starts to age i guess.
