Converyor Heat transfer not working properly

There is no heat transfer between the items on the conveyorrail and its surroundings while off-screen.

So i build this heat exchange system

and let it run while going to the bottom of the map.

After a while there was hardly any change in the Hydrogens temperature.

So i let it run while looking at it:

and then the system worked properly.

While this is the Preview build, this bug also exists in the current Live build.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a Heat exchange system with conveyor rails and find it not working while off-screen.
