Consumable" window doesn't fit into screen

I'm using 1920x1200 monitor (Scale in Game 110% Russian interface) and when I open "Consumables" window, I didn't see the most left column - the Allergy drug column.

The change language of interface or scale change nothing.
Attempts to scrolling the window by middle-button in different parts of that window, also changed nothing.

FYI

For testing i set the scale 200% - disgusting result, the main interface absolutely not working (all button simple up in size only, but the most of button aren't accessible)result is awesome.
