CL# TU-211867 - Duplicant using test tube instead of plunger

I was watching one of my duplicants in the latrine area and she ended up using a test tube to plunge the toilet instead of a plunger

She is set to all jobs except Combat, Cook, and Art. I have attached a copy of my save game, though I don't know if it will reproduce the error.

Steps to Reproduce
Unknown - Duplicant began plunging with test tube. Game was running at regular speed and I panned over and zoomed in to duplicant once I noticed the issue.

Alt-Tabbing back into the game after reporting this bug seems to have fixed it. The menu window was over the plunger/test tube graphic at the time.

I have also met a similar situation that a dupe cooking with other tools (left hand is empty):

I also see one using two red bars once, but forget a screenshot.
