Chain building doesn't work right

Please look at the videos, it'll be way easier to understand. The problem is that when you're chain building any building relatively fast, they don't get built in the correct places. Sometimes, they are overlapped, while in other occasions they skip some tiles. It is clear that it is related to overlay issues as you can see in the videos. But sometimes it also happens without any overlay, for example with any type of canvas.
