Ceramic not usable/selectable

I tried remaking my metal refineries out of ceramic and although I've crafted twice as much ceramic it's not able to be used on the build. I hadn't discovered ceramic prior to and I don't have anything else on my map made of ceramic.

Steps to Reproduce

Load game, craft ceramic, check if can use to build metal refineries.

Same issue. Just started today (June 6, 2023). Have produced >2k Ceramic. Ceramic is greyed out in every build option, as though I've made none. Even making more doesn't trigger it to "see" the ceramic.

Update, in case this helps with debugging. Once I destroyed one thing I had built with ceramic, all of the other ceramic suddenly "appeared." No consolation for AkinaDragonKing, but maybe helps with the debuggig?
