Can't start new game

I have click of the "new game" button. It ask me for the type, I can choose the parameter. But after this, and before I can select my duplicants, it has crashed.

The error is reproduced the last few months. During this time, the operating system was reinstalled (win 10 -> win 7). The error did not disappear.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start ONI 2. Press 'New game' 3. Select game mode 4. Crash
Go to bugs

The game does not work if it is not installed in the steam folder by default. I did not expect this from you ... The topic can be closed.
