Cannot return to game after tabbing out

Any time I either alt tab or click on another window on a different monitor the game minimizes and I can't tab back to it. It will flash at me and disappear.  

Steps to Reproduce

open game.

click on any windows outside of game

try to get back in game

Go to bugs

Hey, how are u?

First of all, sorry about my English, i'm still learning.

So, i had this problem and i solve it restoring Windows, go the Microsoft website and download the tool to install Windows 10, open the program and choose to keep your apps and files, the program will reinstall Windows but you won't loose any kind of files.
