I have noticed that you are not able to place Radbolt Joint Plates when there are Heavi-Watt Wires built in the area where the receiving end of the Joint Plate would be. After removing the Wire and building the Joint Plate, the player will now be able to rebuild the Heavi-Watt Cable without any problem.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Place one of the Heavi-Watt Wire types
2. Try to place a Radbolt Joint Plate in such a orientation, so that the Wire would be where the Radbolt Input Port is going to be
3. You wont be able to place the Joint plate
However you can place a Heavy-Watt Wire over the Radbolt Input Port if the Joint Plate has already been built
