Cannot demolish POI items: Security door, Vending Machine, Neural Vacillator and Chandelier

Expected result:

• Security door, Vending Machine, Neural Vacillator and Chandelier can be demolished

Bugs have already been reported individually for 2 of these items, however not all items missing demolish option are covered:

• Cannot demolish/deconstruct POI Security Doors
• Demolish button for vending machine is missing
