Cancelling Composting when dupe uses ladder

Hi,

found a funny one:

I marked a seed for composting, and when a dupe picked it up and used the ladder to get to base/composting-station, I cancelled composting.
This resulted in the item falling all the way down the ladder (gravity, duuh).
The bug is, that the item didn't actually stop when hitting the bottom (raw igneous rock, in case that matters).
Instead, the item kept moving through the ground (being shown as a burried object), and on top of that not even straight down, but sometimes to the right, sometimes to the left or up (might have been still linked to the dupes' movements).

Saving and loading the game fixed the item on the last position.
