I assume that the builder is only supposed to dig when a build item is assigned to an un-dug space. My builders are digging on all dig orders. My builders all have the dig assignment action turned off and should not be digging. They seem to be assigned to dig automatically when a digger unblocks a new dig order by digging themselves. This isn't a problem with any other profession. My supplier or researcher isn't digging at all.
Steps to Reproduce
Assign a person to be a builder. Remove the ability to have them do the digging task. Assign another person to be a digger. Create digging assignments.
