Bug when loading / saving ONI savefiles immediately after starting computer

Hello Oxygen Not Included developers,

When I start ONI right after starting my computer, occasionally my save files will either:

• not show up at all
• show up incompletely with some saves / auto-saves missing

I'm not sure why or how, but the game seems to alternate between reading two different save locations with no apparent explanation or warning:

• C:\Users\ScrambledEggs\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded - the primary location
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OxygenNotIncluded\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded - the alternate location

I wonder if Steam has anything to do with this (e.g. not yet started or connected).

I'd appreciate it if someone can look into this. While it's more of a nuisance now, it drove me to a panic the first few times it occurred!
