Not sure what the problem is, but my dupe keeps getting stuck in place with the Eco-Power Bank and doesn't want to eat it. He needs to be incapacitated and revived by another dupe before he'll eat it, but then the process repeats again once he runs out of power.

Steps to Reproduce
Just wait till the dupe requires eating a power bank.
He'll go to eat a power bank.
He'll get stuck in place not doing anything, and get incapacitated due to being stuck despite holding an Eco-Power Bank.
He'll get revived, proceed to eat a Power Bank, and then do his business.
He'll run out of power soon enough and proceed to go to eat a power bank.
Rinse and repeat.
