The dupes repair the wires, they are working fine but the red bar still appears (the broken icon doesn't). If I switch to wire view, the red progress bars don't show. Mouseover on the wire in both views show they are waiting for the copper ore for repairs (2500g).
Steps to Reproduce
Overload a circuit, have dupes repair it, then toggle the wire view and normal view.
