Brine over liquid CO2 acting weirdly

I'm having both spaced out and Frosty Planet DLC installed.

Having liquid brine flow over liquid carbon dioxide creates a weird bug:

There is a UI disruption at the place

While the game is running the brine liquid pool appears as vacuum

While the game is stopped you can see the liquid brine; the liquid brine can get to very large quantities (over 2Kg at low pressure)

Liquid brine does not really freeze, although it should

Steps to Reproduce

Have liquid brine drop in a pool of liquid carbon dioxide.

Notice the lack of Brine and the graphical disruption.

Pause the game.

Notice the apparition of liquid brine. The graphical disruption is still there.
