Blueprint Sculptures not able to use

I have no idea why but I cant seem to get my dupes to use more than 2 blueprint sculptures. (even though I have all of them and they worked before the latest DLC) I cant change them when clicking on the sculptures, it doesn't show any blueprints. Not having any problems with the other Blueprints so far except  for the Sculptures. Either I'm being an idiot, which is always possible! or some sort of problem is happening. My dupe has Masterwork decorating, I'm just a little confused.

Just normal gameplay.

that sculpt in the first picture is a "crude" (bad) one, you need it to be sculped by a dupe with the tier 3 art skill to get a masterpiece; the skins only apply to masterpieces
