Block wont be destroyed when dug

Sometimes when i am digging out a section a block disapears after the digging bar is full but the game thinks the block is still there and it acts as an obstacle so the duplicates can't get past it

Steps to Reproduce
Just start digging and they will get to a point where they are performing the dig operation and animation but nothing is happening
Go to bugs

I get the same bug, which is a really annoying one since the duplicates cant move through it or build there, especially the longer I play the game.  For now till its fixed, save the game, go back to the main menu and load the save file.  It seems to fix it.

I'll have to try this! I haven't tried that yet, I've just created new world's.
