Black Screen w/ icons when load maps

Hello i have a problem since today when everymap  load i see all the menu icons, the items/resourses icons but th rest is all black, i can zoom in and out heard sound and play the game  but i dont see anything... the only part where i see the map its a slim line on the top.

I allredy tryed to load the maps without any Mod and eaven to create a new map without mods but its al the same.

Also since a few weeks not the output_log log grows and dont recycle itself taking al the space on my drive, so every time i finish playing i have to go and delete it...
