Bionic duplicant stuck with powerbank in and not consuming it.

Bionic duplicant seems to detect hes low on energy, proceeds to find a powerbank, grabs it and then gets stuck with it at hand, doesnt consume it.

Normally stays like that untill the power runs out and other dupe powers it up back again, even reloading or powering it up back with another dupe doesnt fix it, eventually runs

into the same issue. I've been using this dupe until now as a telescope/databank bionic dupe on a ship filled with banks and i dont know why it refuses to consume them, i send 2 images, both of the dupe with the energy bank, on the first you can see the status "looking for power banks" and on the second you can see the powerbank on "carried items".

Thanks.

EDIT:

I finally got the bionic dupe to recharge itself, seems like removing his access to the room where most powerbanks where stored and moving one powerbank manually out got im to recharge

I had like 10 tons of charged powerbank on the room on a container, 10 tons of empty powerbank container, and 2-3 tons of charged powerbank on the ground + 500kg of charged powerbank and like a ton of uncharged ones on the ship.

The bug appears to be happening because they are too many powerbanks available... .

Steps to Reproduce

Have a bionic dupe run out of powerbanks, have 2 totally full power bank inventories and one of empty ones while simultaneously charging some.

Empty and full powerbanks at base and one inventory on a ship that is accesible via scafolding.
