Bionic Dupes not using Gunk Extractors or Toilets

Not sure when exactly it started, but for some time my bionic dupes do not use the Gunk Extractors or Toilets to excrete Gunk, but will spill it whereever they are when their Gunk level reaches 100%. Monitoring one of them revealed that they do not got any status change when the Gunk level reaches 60%, but they do get the "Gunk Extraction required" status at 90%, Gunk Extractor errand list shows either "No current need" or "No preferred assignment" (seems to be random which one) for all of them at any Gunk level and even when sending them there manually they go there but don't use it.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for Bionic Dupe to get Gunk level above 60%, watch him continously ignoring the Gunk Extractor and Toilets and then spill Gunk at 100%.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

This seems to be happening again. I can't get the bionic dupes to use the Gunk Extractors unless I assign them manually in the dupe configuration screen.
