Biomes having different color tones (Linux version)

Hi I found this unusual color tones of biomes but only in Linux version of the game. If I try same seed on Windows all biomes have their (I suppose) usual color. Is it intentional? It is mostly noticeable on ice biomes, almost all of which are rendered in this strange brown color as you can see on the attached picture.
