After Game Update - 549456 i can no longer load into my save game

Before the update i already completed the Ancient Specimen Story Trait, and 3 quest sites (Frozen/Amber/Petrified Fossils) already diapered, maybe that's what caused the crash.
Sadly i don't have save before the Ancient Specimen Story Trait completion.
