not sure if intentional, tooltip gives no indicator: balm gear, in my case when cold and being transported on rails, formed into gunk blocks on free tiles close to the rail path. if this is intentional then tooltip should reflect this.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build Rails through cold biome (space in my case)
2. Load Balm Gear via conveyor loader
3. let balm gear ride through cold biome
4. Balm Gear forms Gunk Tiles on closest free tile to the rail
