Auto-wrangle doesn't work on baby critters,

Steps to Reproduce
Set 2 critter drop offs, tag all animals, put babies in 1 stable and set 1st one to 0 and auto wrangle, 2nd stable to 20. They will never be wrangled until they become adults
Go to bugs

I can confirm that auto-wrangle does not work with babies in the current version (build U45-546664-5). Tested with pufts, pinchs and hatches.

Follow up information: I noticed a dupe auto wrangling a baby puft when it was accompanied by an adult! But if the baby is alone, no dupe comes for it.
