Steps to Reproduce
Put an auto-sweeper next to an auto dispenser. Put a storage container next to those two. Set Auto Dispenser to hold all items. Put some items into storage container. Set storage container to lower priority than Auto Dispenser. Auto-sweeper does not do anything.
