I'm rebuilding an old save base with newer solutions. I have an old style electrolyzer / O2 cooling box with cold H2. When the temperature of the H2 in the pipes goes lower than -63*C there is a spontaneous CO2 generation at massive quantities (~ tens of kg/s). There is no CO2 before in the box - only O2 and H2.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the save and just let it play (it happens reliably at around midday). Look at the cold electrolyzer O2 box in the left lower part of the base, cooled by a snake of H2 gas pipe. When the temperature of the pipe / H2 goes lower than -63*C, CO2 starts appear at large quantities.
