Antsy dupe immediately feels unstressed after manual movement

After using the "Move To" tool to move an antsy dupe, they won't be stressed out any more (until reload).

Steps to Reproduce

Make a dupe to 100% stress, see them mad.
When their chore is to be "Antsy", move them to somewhere.
Notice that their stress down to 60%, and that they won't care their stress or show any stress-related behavior.
