Ancient Specimen Excavation Skill Requirement

The task to excavate a fossil does not work as intended. My duplicant, Fillmore, has the masterworks decorating skill required to perform the task but cannot, likely because he is a Yokel. The task is listed as "Researching OR Decorating OR Digging" but does not work if the duplicant is incapable of one of those tasks. My recommendation is to make the task exclusive to decorating, or ensure that the OR function works as described, instead of requiring the ability to Research AND Decorate AND Dig.
