Allegedly overlapping automation ports

When I tried to build any logical element so that some part of it touches the output of the automatic bridge, I could not do this.

When I tried to do it in the reverse order, that is, first an automatic gate, and then a bridge, it worked.

But there was a warning, as if the ports match.

At the same time, the automatic scheme worked perfectly.
