All the polluted water condensed on a square

Hi there!
I had collected a lot of polluted water in one place (screenshot 01).
And suddenly, it disappeared... leaving a few puddles.
I looked for where it could have gone and I found (screenshot 02) a tile with... 212,000 kg of polluted water :D
I don't know if it's a bug, but it's a bit annoying I think... :)

Steps to Reproduce

I did nothing special. I was playing, looking on another part of the map, when I saw that all my polluted water was gone...

Go to bugs

Well... I dug the tiles right next to the one that contained all the polluted water...
And hop! all the water expanded upwards :D
I found back all my polluted water.
But that doesn't answer the issue encountered.
