Algae Farms Stop producing

After what seems to be around 2 hours algae farms seem to stop producing oxygen. I've lost 2 colonies to this before I realized what was causing my lack of oxygen production. 

My algae farms were setup with water dripping down to them to keep them hydrated. When they glitched they would not say how much they were taking in or putting out. All input and output stops.

And apparently I just noticed I also have a glitch to where I have nothing but water according to the supply screen on the right side in this picture.

Steps to Reproduce
Play with Algae Farms being watered automatically for over 2 hours.
Go to bugs

This happened to me as well. Although the algaes that were manually watered didn't had this problem. At least i dindt noticed that.algae1.jpg
