Air consuming critters not excreting contents

In my base both my puffts and molten slickters are inhaling polluted Ox/Co2 respectively and they dont excrete their byproduct unless i reload they give it all at once they are also marked as starving while that is 0% the case, idk if i just have too many critter in that base as a whole of what but i even killed them all to reset and once repopulated it occured again (test only dont withmy domesticated slicksters) side note wild ones seem to be fine the domesticated ones are the problem.
