achievement "bed and bath" unlocked unexpectedly

basiclly in cycle 4 of my gameplay, the "bed and bath" achievement unlocked while I don't have any bed

Edit: I saved the game immediately after the unexpected unlock, and the save is attatched

Edit: Yes, I'm a horrible person and I don't build bed for my dupes until their stress becomes a problem
