发射检查表全部已确认，燃料、氧化剂充足，目的地设定完成，点击开始发射后火箭无法起飞，点击取消发射重试多次也不行。

仅主星的火箭无法发射，拆除后重新搭建火箭也是相同的问题，如果该问题无法修复我的档就要废了

Changed Status to Closed

The problem is that the pilot in the rocket that is not launching has been forbidden from doing any piloting related tasks in the Priority Screen
