In my first colony, I set the temperature units in the options to Fahrenheit. This worked as expected.

Upon creating a second colony, the temperature was displayed in Celcius, even though the settings showed Fahrenheit was still selected.  

To fix issue, I had to set units to C, close settings, open settings, set to F.

Steps to Reproduce
Create colony Set temperature units in settings to Fahrenheit. Restart game. Create new colony. Observe temperature units in tooltips.
Go to bugs

Simply clicking F again and closing settings solves the problem. No need to back out of menu or select C.
