I have played through Sal day one several times, including a win on Prestige 1, and have never had the Mettle vendor appear. I am aware that the vendor should trigger at night, but have still never encountered it.
Steps to Reproduce
I have gone through a run as Sal, and done day 1 all the way through several times. I have traveled at every opportunity at night but they are not appearing.
