Mutant vix crashing

This is for the ps4 release and I saw a similar post on reddit but my game keeps crashing on the mutant vix fight. He can summon his goons but as soon as he turns around to fart his acid spray its blue screen. Please fix because the fight is mandatory and takes away replayability completely.

Steps to Reproduce

Get to mutant vix fight and let him attack. Also stunned him successfully one of the times I tried and he still attacked/game crashed.

Same issue here. Cannot finish Smith's storyline. This is a BIG deal, especially when it's a game built around replayability. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
