Epic version, game runs but crashes when i hit the start button in game

I have the epic store version of the game. It starts, I can click on all the way up to where you select a character. I select the starting character I hit the start button and the game crashes. It seems to play sound for a few minutes kind of stutters then crashes. I have the most up to date drivers. The image below is where the game crashes. But it starts, plays sound, and music and all the anmations seem to work I just cant actually start the game. Anybody heard of this or have a fix for it? Any helps appreciated.
