Card sets keep resetting randomly

Whenever I press Start a new run with Sal the sets that were previously disabled become enabled randomly. Like if 3 sets were disabled the last time - only 2 will be disabled now and the next time only one. It happens almost every time you try to start a new run.

Steps to Reproduce

Disable some sets. Try to start a new run.

Okay, you don't have to try to start a new run actually.

Steps to reproduce: in a new run preview go to CARD SETS, disable one of them, go back - it's still disabled. Go to the CARD SETS again, click on one of other sets, go back and the previously disabled set is now enabled. Reproduces every time.
