I can plant pine cones from RoG in the Shipwrecked ocean. (see screenshot) I can also plant them in the deeper waters and reef biomes. Odd thing is, I can't shovel the stumps, so I have to burn them.
Version is "Rev 246924". I'm on Steam, Windows 10 x64, Date: 12/17/2017
Steps to Reproduce
Begin Shipwrecked game, build a boat and go on the water, use 'c_give("pinecone", 1)' and you can plant it in the water.
